These terms govern your use of the software and services provided by BESALTI LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), company number 16946112, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. By subscribing to or using any of our products you agree to these terms.
We provide subscription-based software products. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the product you subscribe to during your active subscription, for your internal business or personal use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate billing information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to breach security, reselling without authorisation, or using it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a specific SLA is stated in your plan. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

BESALTI LIMITED is the data controller for personal data collected through our products. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling data in line with UK GDPR.
To provide and maintain the service, process payments, provide support, send service and billing notices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
We share data only with processors who help us run the service (such as hosting, email and Stripe), all bound by data-protection agreements, and where required by law.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact support@besalti.com. You may also complain to the UK ICO.
We use only essential cookies needed to operate the site and keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BESALTI LIMITED. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for any product and we will issue a full refund of that payment, no questions asked.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which you are not charged again.
Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable once charged, except as required by law or where the service was materially unavailable. Outside the 14-day window, partial periods are not pro-rated.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
